Welcome Home Neighbors

As part of our new Rapid Rehousing Program, we are inviting our community to support our neighbors in transition. Financial donations help us provide deposit, rent, and utility assistance as well as necessary items. Wish list donations allow us to make welcome home kits. Volunteer support takes pressure off of our staff to do all the (literal) heavy lifting.

Rapid Rehousing follows the housing first model--a data-driven, effective way to end the cycle of homelessness for individuals and to change communities for the better. First, neighbors enter permanent housing. Then, through case management support and partner agencies, we address the issues that led to homelessness.
